2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer a voluntary 14-day refund period for our digital product purchases. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If the digital assets have been fully downloaded and accessed prior to the refund request, we reserve the right to decline the refund to protect our intellectual property from abuse.

  • Bypassing Support: Initiating an unauthorized dispute or bank chargeback without contacting customer support first violates these terms and may result in the immediate revocation of your license to use the digital audit assets.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.
